   All sales are final. Due to the limited capacity and significant planning involved in this live event, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, or personal emergencies.

2. Transfer Policy
   Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing by the event organizer. If you are unable to attend and wish to request a name transfer, please email us at [your email address] no later than 10 days before the event. Approval is not guaranteed.

3. Event Changes and Cancellation
   The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the retreat agenda, speakers, or venue, if necessary. In the unlikely event the retreat must be postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, public health crisis, venue closure), your registration will be transferred to a future date. No refunds will be issued.

4. Assumption of Risk
   By attending the retreat, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with travel and participation, including but not limited to physical activity, accommodations, and group interaction. You release the organizers from liability for any harm or injury sustained during the retreat.

5. Confidentiality and Respect
   This is a professional and personal development event. Participants are expected to maintain confidentiality and show respect for all attendees. Any harassment or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

6. Intellectual Property
   Any materials provided during the retreat are for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
